We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were wonderful - clean, big, and with an open bathroom. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were great. The location by the stark mountains was perfect for us, as we had a car and it was a nice stop on the way to the Andes mountains. The staff was helpful and the atmosphere in the mountains was amazing. It was a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Nice weekend getaway with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel is well located and easy to access by car. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with a great bathroom. We enjoyed the free access to the pool and spa, which were excellent. The food was also very good and we appreciated the buffet and food market options.

The language barrier was challenging at times, as some staff members had limited English proficiency. The hotel lacked some basic amenities, such as more towels and washcloths in the room.

This hotel is an absolute luxury experience. The exclusive amenities provided were incredible, such as the spa and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi. The staff were impeccable and provided top-notch service making my stay unforgettable. The entertainment provided in the nightclub was fantastic. The location was a perfect fit if you're looking to get away from the city's hustle and bustle.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the private facilities provided in the rooms were not exclusive enough. However, the room's advantages made up for it, such as the in-room breakfast, beauty treatment, and massage.

The view from the hotel room was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountain scenery visible from the windows. The breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries on offer to start the day. the indoor/outdoor pool was a great feature, providing a refreshing dip on a hot day.

Our experience was soured by the poor customer service. We had trouble getting in touch with the hotel prior to our arrival, which resulted in a frustrating and expensive taxi ride to the location.
